The objective of this formula is to implement effective tactical schemes in game situations while emphasizing the technical development of the participants. During the season, we will cover all the tennis strokes in different tactical contexts in order to increase the mastery of all your strokes during game situations or matches. The philosophy of these courses is to be playful and progressive.

• Maximum of 4 players per group
• 1 coach
• 1 court
• 1 hour per week

Here are the available time slots for this program:

• Monday from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
• Tuesday from 7:00 pm to 10:00 PM
• Wednesday from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
• Friday from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
• Saturday from 8:00 am to 9:00 am and from 12:00 pm et 7:00 pm
• Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

When registering, please indicate at least three 2-jour time slots on two different days.
