How to play interclub matches at the Justine Henin Club?
Players who wish to participate in the interclub competitions must inform the organizing committee by sending an email to interclubs@justinehenin.be. Coordination is managed by Benjamin Bonnier. An information meeting is usually held at the end of January to explain how the interclub competitions work and to answer any questions.
To be eligible, players must be affiliated with the Justine Henin Club and be up to date with their summer season membership fees.
For players affiliated with another club, two situations may arise. If the player did not participate in interclubs during the previous season, the transfer can be handled directly by the club. However, if the player did participate in interclubs the previous year, they must submit a transfer request via the Tennis Wallonie-Bruxelles website between December 15 and January 15.
The transfer request must be completed online via the platform https://tennis.tppwb.be. The player needs to log in to their personal account through “Mon Tennis,” go to the “My profile” section, then “Transfers,” select their current club and the Justine Henin Club, and submit the request. The request will then be processed by the club, with a status of accepted or refused.
How to register for a tournament?
To register for a tournament, you must be a member of a club and have a valid TWB membership number. You must then log in to your ‘Mon Tennis’ account via the Tennis Wallonie-Bruxelles website (https://tennis.tppwb.be)
using your membership number and PIN.
Once logged in, simply go to the ‘My Tournaments’ or ‘Competitions’ section, select the desired tournament based on the date, venue and category, then click on ‘Register’. You will then be asked to choose the appropriate category (age/ranking), confirm your registration and indicate your availability before the registration deadline.
Registration generally opens four weeks before the start of the tournament and closes on the Tuesday before it begins.
Payment must be made within one hour of registration if made by the player themselves, or within 24 hours if handled by the club.
How to assess your level?
To help you find the right course, we have introduced a 7-level grading system, ranging from beginner to competition level.
This classification allows us to assess each player’s skills and experience, so that they can be placed in a group that matches their level.
This ensures that sessions are well-balanced, tailored to each individual, and conducive to progress.
