Grow Strong. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Description\">Description<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>High Performance Tour<\/strong> is an exclusive program of the Justine Henin Academy designed for ambitious young players aged 12 to 18 who wish to experience high-intensity training and competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Created to support developing talents, this tour combines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Two one-week intensive training blocks<\/strong> at the Academy, under the supervision of our team of expert coaches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A competition period supervised by an Academy coach<\/strong> (1 tournament) in Belgium, allowing players to learn how to perform in real tournament conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond results, the High Performance Tour aims to develop a culture of <strong>sustainable performance<\/strong>: discipline, autonomy, and adaptability in the face of high-level challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coached by the Tennis &amp; Academics staff, players benefit from comprehensive support (tennis training, physical preparation, mental approach, recovery, and match analysis).<br>Each experience is designed as a step in building both the player and the person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your performance pathway<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two formats are available depending on age and level of experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ge466ef8b778b\">High Performance Tour TE U14<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For players looking to enter the Tennis Europe circuit or already active on this circuit<br>(girls UTR &gt; 6; boys UTR &gt; 7)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Option 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 or 2 weeks of training \u2013 2 tournaments\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Week of Aug 1: training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Week of Aug 9: TE14 Grade 2 (Argayon)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Week of Aug 16: TE14 Grade 3 (Uccle)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"gab7984792d9c\">High Performance Tour ITF U18<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For players wishing to discover or consolidate their experience on the ITF Junior circuit<br>(girls UTR &gt; 6; boys UTR &gt; 8)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Option 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 week of training \u2013 1 tournament \u2013 1 week of training\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Week of June 22: training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Week of June 29: J60 Justine Henin Academy Cup tournament <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Week of July 6: training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Option 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 week of training \u2013 1 tournament \u2013 1 week of training\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Week of July 21: training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Week of July 27: J60 Hasselt tournament<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Week of Aug 3: training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If a player does not enter the main draw, they will train during that period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each program combines intensive training with full competition immersion, offering a complete high-performance experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"g6bcbcbe0ceb2\">Nutrition &amp; Meals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Meals are prepared by a nutritionist.
