The program offers individualized, high-intensity training as well as academic support adapted to the demands of high-level sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training methodology has been developed by Justine Henin, Olivier Jeunehomme, and their sports team. Drawing on their experience and knowledge of elite competition, they have created a high-performance program covering all aspects of preparing a professional player, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technical and tactical mastery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical and mental preparation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutrition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Match preparation (warm-up, hydration, nutrition, cooling down)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure individualized attention and high-quality work, players train with a maximum of 3 players per court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Tennis &amp; Academics program is supervised by Olivier Jeunehomme and his sports team. Justine is also present on the courts with the players on average two to three times per week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"g3817d89869a4\">Program<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a 10-month program (from September 1, 2026 to June 19, 2027).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This program includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"g1541a324a6d4\">Tennis Training<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Up to 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum 3 players per court<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong focus on technique and efficiency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of tactical game awareness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Match-play training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"g91e8696a6e6d\">Physical Training<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>7.5 hours per week of personalized training, including stretching<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimization of each player\u2019s physical condition based on their unique body characteristics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regular physical fitness testing and monitoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"gb325b6822fe0\">Mental Preparation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ongoing training in mental strength and resilience led by the coaches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individual mental development program (available upon request)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"g0c823563e4ed\">Personal Development<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regular workshops on mental strength, nutritional education, match management, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workshops led by <strong>Justine Henin<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"g91e8696a6e6d\">Tournament support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tailor-made tournament schedule adapted to each player<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coaching and support at 10 international\/national tournaments (hotel, transport, and meals not included in the global price)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feedback and analysis after tournaments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"g91e8696a6e6d\">Medical follow-up<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Morphological analysis at the beginning of the year with the possibility to organize medical visits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regular physiotherapy (specific treatments upon request)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"gcae02ca77c5c\">Schooling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Players have two academic options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Classes taught by teachers to obtain the Belgian education diploma through the \u201cJury Central\u201d (in French)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guided study and supervision to obtain the Belgian online education diploma via \u201cExamencommissie\u201d (in Dutch) or an American online diploma through the \u201cEducation World Wide\u201d program (additional cost)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Other academic programs may be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer real academic follow-up provided by certified teachers. The residence includes a large living space, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and Wi-Fi.
